About Us
Count on Us bookkeeping in Nantwich, Cheshire is run by accounting professionals with over 40 years experience. We are Chartered Management Accountants with a passion for helping local small businesses.

Bookkeeping is widely regarded as 'easy' and 'anyone can do it' but if you understand accounting, you know that doing it properly takes skill, time and knowledge. We encounter many businesses in a mess and not knowing who owes them money, who they owe money to and even how much (or little) money their business makes!

Our aim is to raise the standard of bookkeeping services and help our clients control their finances better.

We regularly see the results of poor bookkeeping not only done by friends or relatives but by those charging for bookkeeping services. This often involves greater accountant's fees to sort out the mess. Get it right first time with Count on Us. Call 01270 26 27 28.

Company history

Count on Us was formed in 2009 by two Chartered Management Accountants who identified a gap in the market for quality bookkeeping and businesses with more complex needs such as accounts office crisis management, accounting systems implementation and application of proper financial controls.

Our experience is derived not only from formal chartered qualifications but also from years of running accounts offices in companies with over £100 million turnover and over 50 staff.

We are used to operating at board level and reporting on company profitability, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting.
Don't take our word for it...

Our customers say:

"I needed someone to simply take care of all the accounts, bookkeeping, payroll and VAT to free my time so that I can concentrate on doing business. I recommend Count on Us unreservedly for any small business owner who, like me, just wants to get on with running their business without any hassle."
